As mentioned in the introduction, Address The Bay is located at Emaar Beachfront. It is an artificial island entirely developed by Emaar, the largest real estate developer in Dubai. Situated between Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina, Emaar Beachfront offers luxury residences with private beach. Address The Bay will certainly be one of the most luxurious of Emaar Beachfront. Located on the right end of the island, it will offer a spectacular view of Palm Jumeirah to future residents. All apartments will be equipped with 5-star hotel service. If you don’t know, the ” Address ” label is the most upscale of the Emaar developer.
