Two types of villas are available in the Monte-Carlo area. You can choose between 4-bedroom semi-detached villas or 5-bedroom corner villas. The 4 bedroom villas will be built on 2 levels, and the 5 bedroom villas on 3 levels (ground floor + 2 floors). All villas will benefit from a high quality finish, a covered garage and a garden whose surface will vary according to the type of villa. All villas have access to the community’s lagoons as well as to the various services and activities offered.

Financing Plan

• 5% to be paid within 3 months after reservation
