The villas offered in the Raya program have 3 and 4 bedrooms. You can choose between 3-bedroom townhouses, adjoining two other villas, or corner villas, adjoining only one other villa. All villas are built on two levels. The villas have a garden of varying size depending on the type of villa chosen, as well as a covered garage for two vehicles. You can choose between two finishes: classic and modern. A superb communal swimming pool with a clubhouse will be offered within the Raya neighborhood. Residents will also have access to parks and sports facilities within the community.
